QEM has tied up with SANDVIK ASIA LTD, who is a market leader in mining equipments and crushing & screening plants in India for processing various types of run of mines available at different locations of the company. SANDVIK has helped us in producing cost effective and value for money products. It has helped us in making a strong goodwill and a fair image in the aggregate business in no time.

Currently, the two stage processing unit at our Ramkumarpura site consists of a SANDVIK Jaw Crusher CJ 411, (feed size -750 mm) in primary stage and a SANDVIK Cone Crusher CH 440 in the secondary stage. The tripple deck vibrating screening system is CS 144 (SC 2460). The unit is also fitted with other fully automatic equipments like Vibrating Grizzly Feeder GF-1246 and automated material transporting conveyors. The products produced are 5-10 & 10-22 mm aggregates and manufactured sand (0-5 mm). The designed capacity of the plant is to give an output of 3500 metric tons per day. We have in house CUMMINS power generating set of 750 kva for uninterrupted production process. The site has 'round-the-clock' working facilities. The unit is also equipped with two Hindustan make pay loaders, two JCB machines and a TATA HITACHI excavator with a bucket capacity of 0.9 cum to dispatch the finished goods.
