Current Activities :

QEM is also engaged in mineral processing activities of massionary stone. Currently we are processing stone boulders to produce 5-10 & 10-22 mm aggregates and manufactured sand (0-5 mm) from its two - stage SANDVIK crushing plant in Khetri tehsil's Ramkumarpura village in Rajasthan with a designed capacity of 1.2 Million MT per year. With an efficient and goal oriented operations & maintenance team, we have been able to achieve our production targets and meet our clients' requirements on time.

Proposed Activities :

QEM is aiming to achieve a processing capacity of 5 million metric tons by next year end. We also plan to introduce processing facilities for other minerals like Slica (SiO2) and silica sand other than massionary stone, which we are processing right now. We have already planned another three-stage crushing & screening solution from SANDVIK for our clients, with a designed capacity of 1.4 Million MT to process stone boulders upto 1000 mm feed size from our in house massionary mineral mines at Toda, Neemkathana. The site has location advantage of being in the vicinity of famous PATAN ZONE and has a national highway connectivity to DELHI and JAIPUR. The project will be operational in the current financial year itself. Research and discussions are also under way with many crushing plant supplying companies for a modern and high capacity crushing & screening system which is also, at the same time, environment friendly and economical, to process the ROM for our Silica Sand deposits in Sohanpura, Patan.
